The days highlights were a Peregrine over the lake, confirmation that two pairs of Common Buzzards bred in the area again this year and of course the lovely late November sunshine.
No sign of the Short-eared Owl today, but 3 Barn Owls hunting at dawn was a nice consolation. A female Peregrine also impressed with her acrobatics, and good to see a pair of Cranes make a couple of visits to the reedbed.
