The main hide is a converted container, put in place on the mound in 2019. This overlooks the lake and gives wonderful views of the migratory birds, as well as the native species that make Kingfishers Bridge their home. A viewing platform was added 18 months later and gives a wider view of the Reserve.

There are other viewing points around the Reserve, giving the opportunity to observe different habitat and species.
