Nice Spring-like Day with slight South Westerly Breeze, Clear Sky & Dry. 1 Stonechat, 1 Green Woodpecker, 1 Green Spotted Woodpecker, small flock of Meadow Pipits amongst Water Buffalo, 2 Beswick Swan (on the lake), 13 Whooper Swan, Mallard, Teal, Wigeon, Gadwall & Shoveler, 4 Canada Geese, large number of Greylag, 5 Snipe, c.20 Redwing (following the plough to the North), Little Grebe (on the River) & 1 female Marsh harrier.
